One Liberty Square, a historic “jewel box” asset comprised of 170,113 square feet of office/retail space in heart of downtown Boston. The Samuel Appleton Building was originally constructed in 1926 and acquired through an off-market transaction by Synergy. Legacy Capital Ventures partnered with Synergy as an LP in the purchase.
